National Highways operates, maintains and improves England’s motorways and major A roads.
We need to carry out general maintenance on this stretch of road. Works will include pot hole repair, drain maintenance, vegetation clearance, sign repair and survey works. We’ll be carrying out multiple tasks at various locations and where possible we’ll complete noisiest works before 11pm.
Access for residents will be maintained but may involve a short delay depending on our stage of work. Please show a copy of the postcard put through your door to our gatemen who will escort you through the works if necessary. Access to service stations will be maintained via local roads. Traffic management
For the safety of our workforce the A303 between Deptford and Longbarrow roundabouts will be closed from 8pm in the evening to 4am the following morning. Locally signed diversions will be in place for through traffic.
