Athough we have only had 8.3 mm of rain during the week, despite a forecast that suggested much more, water levels in the borehole have risen slowly, but steadily during the course of the last seven days:
As you can seethe levels are still around a metre below average. Some rain is forecast over the weekend and maybe even a bit of sleet or snow. Some more rain is predicted for the middle and end of the coming week, but is should be predominantly dry. In the longer term and in to the start of January, the forecast is for more wet and windy weather with the possibility of snow around New Year.
