The water level in the Tilshead borehole has risen steadily over the last week. The level is still above the 7-year average and about 3-4 weeks early.
More rain is forecast for the coming week with more showers towards the end of the month when it may become dryer. We are likely to see more episodes of rain in the first two weeks of January, but the forecast is very uncertain at the moment.
